Atrial flutter 4:1 conduction

The EKG above shows a narrow complex regular rhythm with a characteristic saw-toothed baseline best seen in inferior leads (II, III, aVF). The EKG is consistent with (typical) atrial flutter with 4:1 conduction, that is 4 flutter waves (F waves) per QRS complex. The flutter waves are more easily recognized than in atrial flutter with 2:1 conduction.
